Gently soothe your skin with the Effaclar H Hydrating Cleansing Cream from La Roche-Posay. Suitable for acne-prone skin that can feel weak and fragile after certain drying treatments. With an innovative anti-friction texture that melts effortlessly onto skin, the gentle cleanser eliminates impurities without over-drying or uncomfortable tightness, revealing a purified, rebalanced and soothed complexion.
For acne-prone skin.
Lather a small amount of product with water in the palm of your hand. Apply to your wet face, moving from the centre outwards, in single strokes. Rinse thoroughly and dry without rubbing. Avoid the eye area.

better for dry skin
usage = about 5 days - good for dry skin (i even flake sometimes): tried the effaclar purifying one (big blue squeezy bottle), would not rec for dry skin! could feel my skin stretched post-wash and this is much better! - if the ordinary stuff didn't work this might: i've got big hormonal bumps and they leave red marks after and this, combined with the effaclar duo treatment have been like magic - what i don't see: my marks fading but this could just be sleep (trigger for me) since it's finals season and yet to experience the period bumps but will update (if i can?)

This product is awful, i usually use the toleraine clenser because i have sensitive skin. I thought i would try this one to see if it would help with breakouts better and it's caused my skin to go extremely dry, sore and flakey around my mouth and nose and even the skin on my hands. I've never experienced anything like this before would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed and sad that it's damaged my skin barrier after just a few uses.

I have dry to very dry skin and purchased this cleanser after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint!! Skin feels squeaky clean after use, it does not dry your skin out, it actually feels even more hydrated after washing off (almost like a light moisturiser has been applied). Love the texture, very light fragrance. The best cleanser Iv ever used, will never go back! You only need one pump for the whole face so value for money is exceptional. If you have dry skin, you won’t be disappointed!
