Specially formulated to treat dehydrated skin showing signs of ageing, including loss of volume and fine lines, the anti-wrinkle treatment utilises two different sized molecules of Hyaluronic Acid to infuse skin with moisture; the larger molecule works on the surface while the smaller molecule penetrates deeper to plump skin with moisture and 'fill out' the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Helping skin recover youthful bounce and suppleness, the La Roche-Posay serum delivers reparative and re-plumping properties. Amazing if you have dehydrated skin AND suffer with acne
Having acne-prone skin, I’ve tried so many oil-free moisturisers that just don’t cut it, and leave my skin feeling dehydrated, tight and lacking hydration and moisture. The common instinct is to apply thick moisturisers to get rid of this feeling, but they just end up clogging pores. Similarly, overly drying out acne-prone skin is equally as counterproductive due to resulting in the overproduction of more sebum, and therefore more spots. So when I researched that it was a lack of Hyaluronic Acid which my skin was suffering from (which is essentially just water/hydration for the skin), I bought this serum to use in between applying toner and moisturiser (I use the effaclar+), and I’ll never go back! Amazing hydration without oiliness or heavy, thick product - one of my fave La Roche products for sure!

The product is probably fine for what it is meant to do but for those of you who have sensitive skin or do not like using fragranced items on your face, this product is HEAVILY fragranced along with most of the line which is very disappointing. It didnt agree with my skin and I also do not like the heavy scent on my face skin
