La Roche-Posay Lipikar Syndet AP(+) Shower Gel is an ultra-gentle face and body wash for the whole family, including children, babies and newborns.
The delicate, high-tolerance formula has been formulated for the whole family, paying particular attention to sensitive, irritated, very dry and itch-prone skin. The anti-irritation and anti-scratching formula effectively cleanses while delivering an immediate soothing effect on atopic eczema-prone skin. Helping to reduce dryness starting in the shower, the lipid-replenishing wash cream contains nourishing Shea Butter and Niacinamide, plus Aqua Posae Filiformis, a new and exclusive patented active ingredient to act on the determining factors of atopic eczema-prone skin. Skin feels moisturised for 24 hours and itching sensations feel relieved. Suitable for the face and body. Won't sting eyes. Can be used on baby scalps and for the treatment of baby cradle cap.

Doesn't work as well as I expected
My usual product for my kids' eczema was out of stock for a while, so I decided to try this one. I saw some improvement pretty much right away, so I was optimistic that it will do wonders after using for some time. Unfortunately it didn't improve the condition of my kids' eczemas too much. I would say it reduce slightly the flare up, but didn't stop it. It lasts very long time which is a good point if it worked well.

So worth it for anyone with eczema
I recently went away and normally the change of water makes my eczema go wild. I took this with me and it’s not happened. Wouldn’t ever use a different shower gel now, this calms my skin and I don’t feel irritated. Really worth trying if you are suffering with your skin. Lasts a long time due to the size and you only need a small amount. There is no perfume smell and it lathers nicely.

The best for my little one
