Bought this product as I've had my hair washed with this shampoo in the Toni & Guy salons previously. Desperately looking for a shampoo that doesn't totally dry out my hair and scalp because I have a sensitive scalp. First wash seemed great, very light, no residue and my hair felt voluminous rather than weighed down by chemicals. However, subsequent washes have not lived up to the first wash experience! Using this gentle cleansing shampoo and conditioner as per the instructions and although it's supposed to be mild enough to use daily, I don't wash my hair every day so I'm really disappointed that my scalp continues to be itchy and dry with flaky skin. I am so sad!

Good shampoo
I have fine, colour processed hair which is dry at the ends and gets oily at the end of the day. I have eczema on the back of my neck up to my hairline at the back, and a dry flaky scalp at the sides of my head, all of which I control with applications of aloe Vera gel and Aveeno cream and sometimes steroid creams, and I cannot skip shampooing for a day or else it triggers a flare up. I have tried all kinds of shampoos... baby shampoos, non sulfate shampoos, sulfate shampoos, etc. but this is the one shampoo which, from the get go, makes my scalp feel soothed and happy. I can feel it right after I wash my hair, when my hair is still wet. My hair also doesn't get oily and stringy at the end of the day like it used to, although I still have to shampoo daily or else the itch and flaking comes back, even if my hair doesn't look oily although my scalp remains oily. I don't think this shampoo heals my scalp or turns it to normal, but it certainly is the only one so far that makes my scalp feel really comfortable for a day before I have to wash again.
