Designed for people with sensitive skin that is prone to the look of dryness and irritation, the replenishing makeup remover promotes nourishment as it works its magic, never leaving your delicate eye-area feeling dry, tight or stripped of natural oils.
Tough makeup, even waterproof mascara, is removed thoroughly and effectively, allowing you to drift off to sleep with a purified, perfectly-cleansed base. The vibrant blue colours within the bottle contrast with each other pleasingly, conjuring visions of crisp, calm oceans and bright white sands.
Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula. Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest them on your eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye make-up.

I have recently been diagnosed with Blepharitis. This is a condition that requires the very best in eyecare. Makeup is my job and hobbie. Removes so much, I leave to get into the makeup and wipe gently. I do finish the cleaning with a special eye cleaning foam which. I have to use. But this gets 90% off and would remove 100% if gently rubbed in etc. I realise it a higher price point, but my eye health is paramount now. Don't hesitate if you want a gentle, non abrasive cleaner. I'm a regular buyer now.

I have super sensitive eyes - really just about anything stings. This is the only makeup remover I've found that doesn't irritate them. It also removes layered mascara and heavy makeup without rubbing and doesn't leave much oily residue at all. The only negative is the price / how quickly it gets used up.
