Designed for people with sensitive skin that is prone to the look of dryness and irritation, the replenishing makeup remover promotes nourishment as it works its magic, never leaving your delicate eye-area feeling dry, tight or stripped of natural oils.
Tough makeup, even waterproof mascara, is removed thoroughly and effectively, allowing you to drift off to sleep with a purified, perfectly-cleansed base. The vibrant blue colours within the bottle contrast with each other pleasingly, conjuring visions of crisp, calm oceans and bright white sands.
Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula. Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest them on your eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye make-up.

Is it really worth the money?
When I purchased the product I was hoping for a game changer. I wouldn't say it is the most amazing product ever but it's still pretty good. I was hoping that I could remove my eye makeup faster but I still have to work on removing mascara. But at least it removes my waterproof mascara completely - no waking up looking like panda in the mornings. It has Lancome signature rosy scent and oily consistency. Not sure if I would repurchase it as it is a very pricey for this kind of product and I believe that some drugstore products can perform as well.

If you have sensitive skin then this is the one to use. It removes all traces of my waterproof mascara easily and leaves the skin around my eyes feeling good. I have converted a few friends who also have sensitive skin and some with eczema to this product.

After finishing my mum's last drops of make up remover I remembered that I actually have a sample of this Bi-Facil Makeup Remover and that it will have to do until I go to the shop. I never really liked this type of removers because they leave you oily, I am also suffering from eczema since I was 15 (I am 25 now) so it usually just made things worse. My face skin was also at that point when eczema got really bad and nothing helped, I didn't even want to put any make up on or go out of my house. I will definitely won't be lying - if you have problematic and very dry face skin this will really do miracles! After just few days of using my eczema was gone, no more dry patches and it's a lot softer, also my waterproof mascara comes off so easily I can't even feel that I had any mascara on that day, no panda eyes or anything (previously I used Micellar Water and I always had mascara left even after trying to take it all off). It is also sensitive to eyes so you don't feel any irritation! I'm getting myself one and even my mum started using it now so thanks, Lancome! Never thought that I will find something like that!
