Best Lancome mascara I've tried
I've tried a few of Lancome's black mascara's now and this is my favourite. I prefer a volumizing mascara as lengthening mascara's make me look a bit dazed. Benefit had a great one which got overhauled and relaunched into a horrible clumpy mess, so finding this was perfect as a replacement. One coat is enough, and it'll only clump if you try to go over the same area thickly about 3 times. It really builds out the lashes at the base and leaves things looking very fluttery, perfect with a smoky eye. It's very easily removed too, so not much fussing at the end of the night. I've been using this for about 3 years now with no complaints, not sure I'll find anything better. Works for my sensitive eyes too without irritation.

Natural eyes
If you want something thick that gives false lashes effect then this mascara isn't for you. I love that my lashes don't stick together, it makes them look longer and quite natural, it lasts all day and don't irritate my extremely sensitive eyes, however i only wear it 2-3 times a week
