For precise application, apply directly on the eyelid as close to the lash line as possible. Use on both top and bottom lashes. For smudging, apply directly onto the eyelid and use smudging tool to blend product and feather out for light to intense pigment.

Best waterproof eyeliner
Longest lasting waterproof eyeliner I’ve tried (and I’ve tried loads). It also is self sharpening. For these 2 reasons this is my go to eyeliner. If you want something blendable another product will be more suitable as this pretty much sets as soon as you apply whereas Byterry waterproof eyeliner has more slip to blend but it does not last like this one.

I use this on my water line and it just stays put all day long and the brown colour is amazing. Yes it costly for a pencil but its worth it Doesnt smudge which what I love most about it. This pencil and Hypnose Mascara are my favourites.

Fades off nicely. It's notoriously hard to get an eyeliner that lasts on me in the waterline but this one fades off without giving me panda eyes so it's a win. Would love it to last longer than a couple of hours, but compared to others (and I've tried loads) this wins so far. Most people won't have this problem!

Finding an eyeliner that lasts in the waterline would be a miracle for me. This lasts a few hours but has the wonderful ability to wear off without panda eyes. That in itself is the miracle for me. I don't mind reapplying v no panda eyes. This is the only way I can manage black eyeliner.
