the balm is expected to be liquid but actually it has become concrete，I cannot squeeze the balm out of the tube！obviously ，it has expired for a long time！why look fantastic keep sending problem products？

Lovely tinted balm
I really like this balm, it’s really hydrating and the colour is lovely as well. My only issue is that this balm is so thick that when it gets really cold, you can really struggle to get any out of the tube because it solidifies a lot! I find that you also need to warm up the formula as well before you apply it when this is the case otherwise the formula doesn’t perform as well!

I think the colour is a great nude, a little too pink maybe but generally very nice. A strong spf taste but I use my finger to apply so i don’t use too much which helps. Also the applicator isn’t great as the hole is quite large where the product comes out so it doesn’t apply very smoothly. Generally the product is ok if I use my finger to apply but probably wouldn’t buy again
