The cosmetic tool gently squeezes the base of the lashes, expertly lifting to deliver a defined and dramatic curl. Soft and dense silicone pads cushion the clamp to provide a long-lasting curling effect without causing damage to lashes.
Open the curler and position the silicone pad under the base of the upper lashes. Firmly yet gently, squeeze the handles of the curler together and hold for 3 seconds.
