Did not fit the bill!
This product smells nice and has a very silky texture on application. That's where the positives end. It has the gall to highlight all my pores when it ought to be doing the exact opposite - they actually looked worse! It's terrible for my skin which is very healthy but leans towards being slightly dehydrated. I did not think skin type would come into this but as per another reviewer with oily skin for whom it worked I wonder if one needs a seborrhoeic skin for this to perform its duties. If that's the case then they really should have written it on the description!! I'm very disappointed as this was my first Laura Mercier purchase and I had heard good reviews.

Terrible
Considering this a blurring primer it’s the worst one I’ve ever used in my life. It highlighted pores beyond belief, made my under eye look an extra 30 years. And to top that, my foundation was patchy. I literally cannot believe how awful it was considering it’s laura mercier. I’m 42, my skin is in pretty good condition. Maybe the others in the range are good, better, but I won’t be spending money to try them.

Best Primer Ever!!
Possibly the best and my favourite Primer!! I have a very oily and acne prone skin. This Primer does what it say, my make up never lasted without getting oily after 2hrs of application. However when I tried wearing Laura Mercier's blurring primer I noticed that my skin quickly absorbs it, made it look matt and fresh and makes my skin looking perfect. It instantly made my face looking like I dont even need to wear foundation. You only need to use a little amount and dab it onto your face and its magic!! Really love this product, highly recommended.
