Reimagined with even more radiance, the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Glow takes a much-loved classic and gives it an all-new finish. Based on the formula of a cult-favourite, the redesigned powder is blended with pearl pigments to transform your complexion into a glowing canvas with a hint of sheer coverage. It boasts up to 12 hours of longevity and resists any settling into pores and fine lines.
With a featherweight texture, the powder is ideal for layering and works to double the wear of foundation, helping to keep your look in place longer without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. You'll be free to enjoy a blurred, soft-focus effect with no flashback, giving you a perfected surface that won't appear cakey in the slightest.

Sprinkle Translucent Loose Setting Powder Glow into the product lid. With the top curve of the Glow Powder Brush, pick up product and desaturate on the back of your hand to distribute powder evenly through bristles. Sweep and buff all over the face to set. Apply with the specially designed Glow Powder Brush (not included) to set makeup flawlessly and prolong wear.

Bought this thinking it would be very similar to the original LM setting powder however its more of a highlighter. Its very glowy and I definitely couldn't use it in the same way as the original. Bit disappointing as they aren't cheap

Too shiny
I bought this as a setting translucent powder but it’s literally a loose powder highlighter, not a translucent powder at all. Fine if you want a highlighter but I didn’t. I love a glowy highlighted look but this was awful, my skin has never looked so cakey and horrible. Bit misleading calling it a translucent powder when it’s so glittery???

Good for dry skin
I usually buy translucent one but got tempted to try this one thanks to the reviews here. I have a very dry skin and I like my finish dewy not matte, so it’s quite a challenge to achieve. After few tries I found the best way for this powder to work for me without leaving “shiny” and cakey look. First the less the better, don’t overdo it with the amount. So same as with translucent powder, very little goes well. Second avoid nose and forehead area, or just slightly tap there at the end so it’s not much left on the brush. It sets foundation beautifully, with a very subtle glow. One star less because I think I’ll still go back to the original Laura Mercier powder after. It’s safer to not make your face look cakey, and it’s much better for a quick morning make up when you’re in a rush. This one requires good prep as it’s easy with it to go wrong.

Superb product
I used to be a fan of matte make-up finish as I hava an oily/mixed skin, but I have tried this loose powder with a hint of glow after i got a tester size of it with my previous Lookfantastic purchase. This powder provides subtle glow, though not too shiny. The face looks fresh and well rested, even a bit younger I'd say :)

I bought this setting powder as it had been recommend, I actually didn’t realise this was the “glow” when I popped into my bag. But I’ve used it several times and love the Finish. It gives a lovely glow, the only downside is I can’t use anywhere on my face as it would look to shiny, I would need to get the “normal setting powder too. But I would recommend for anyone who does love to glow!

So I thought I would finally try this holy grail of setting powders. It gives a lovely finish and is perfect for dry skin. It does have a “glow” to it. So if you’re looking for a matte finish stick to the original setting powder. But if you have dry skin matte isn’t for you anyway. This setting powder is good for dry skin or to give an extra badass glow for summer looks.
