Before each spray, shake can well. Hold canister 25cm away from dry hair. Section hair, lift and spray roots to ends. Repeat until desired style is achieved, making sure to shake can between each spray. Tousle hair with your fingers. Spray on finished styles for extra texture and hold.

I think the people leaving bad reviews aren’t using it properly maybe. I used to use Alterna Bamboo Root Lift and sadly it’s discontinued but this seems to do the same. If you lift up your dry hair and spray a short sharp spray, and then if you continue to spray in just a few places around your head it kind of backcombs sections of hair. I think it’s great!

Could do the trick - poor packaging
Just received and learning how best to use for my hair but looks promising & could add some volume when having limp hair days. However, opened box whe delivered & lid was completely smashed & in 4 bits so its unusable & now have no lid for the bottle. Could have done with protective packaging at bottom of box instead of just over the top of the products as extra layer of protection.
