Shampoo: Apply to wet hair. Massage into a rich lather, focusing on the roots. Rinse. Follow with the Living Proof Full Conditioner.

Conditioner: After shampooing, apply to clean, wet hair, focusing on the midshaft to ends. Spread evenly throughout hair. Rinse.

Complex: Shampoo and condition hair as usual. Then, apply two pumps to clean, damp hair. Add more as needed, based on hair length, texture, and level of damage. Comb through. Do not rinse out. For best results, wait 10 minutes before applying other treatments or stylers and blow dry. Product does not require heat, but you will see best results with heat activation. Use weekly.
