Step 1: Massage 1-2 pumps of Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser™ onto dry skin over face and neck. Work from the centre of the face outwards, gently spreading over eyelids last.
Step 2: Rinse the pure muslin cloth in hand-hot water and wring out before gently polishing off the creamy cleanser. Finish by splashing your face with cool, clean water and follow with Instant Boost Skin Tonic and your choice of Liz Earle moisturiser.
To keep your pure muslin cloths fresh and clean, place in a 30°C wash every few days and allow to air-dry naturally.

This cleanser is really soft and easy to use especially when massaging across the face and neck. I like the pump as it dispenses the product nicely but it is difficult to tell when the bottle's running low.

Okay but definitely doesn't remove stubborn makeup
I bought this on a whim and while it was quite nice to use, I did find it a bit drying and it does have citric acid which I find to be irritating. Also I have to use a different cleanser to remove makeup before hand because this doesn't do the job, particularly bad with waterproof mascara. I wouldn't recommend because at this price there is definitely better and cheaper alternatives available.

I really like this product. It’s lovely and creamy and glides onto the face well. I chose this starter kit to get the 2 muslin cloths, which are also very really nice quality. Not too scratchy. The pouch is handy too, especially for travelling. I’ve noticed my skin is much healthier looking since using this in my routine.

Best cleanser out there!
Used this since I was about 12 and I'm now 27. I've used a few different cleansers over the years but learnt my lesson - nothing comes close to this stuff! Cleanses skin thoroughly without leaving it dehydrated and the cloth gently exfoliates. My mum loves it too.
