- When to Use: As the first step in both your morning and night skincare routine.

- Application: Dispense the cleanser into your palm. Massage onto dry skin over your face and neck, finishing over your eye area. Dampen a pure cotton cloth in hand-hot water and wring out before gently polishing off the cream. Finish by splashing your face with cool water.

Okay but definitely doesn't remove stubborn makeup
I bought this on a whim and while it was quite nice to use, I did find it a bit drying and it does have citric acid which I find to be irritating. Also I have to use a different cleanser to remove makeup before hand because this doesn't do the job, particularly bad with waterproof mascara. I wouldn't recommend because at this price there is definitely better and cheaper alternatives available.

Wouldn't like to be without this product. Not tested on animals my priority, works like a charm, delivered in next to no time, I always keep a spare. What a relief to find a British manufacturer, just love it.

Not genuine oroduct
My 200ml cleanse and polish arrive open with old rancid smelling product. I have used this for years and this was either not genuine or very out of date and rancid. I would not feel safe using this. The 200ml Liz Earle toner was exceptional weak smelling like it had been watered down. Like the cleanser the product arrived open with no security seals. The hot polish cleanser was missing the advertised cloth bag and flannel as well. Very dubious behaviour from this retailer!

Wow! Wish I’d had this years ago!
I have been an avid user of Elemis for a while, I am in my 40s and nothing seemed to match what I got from Elemis. However, this has surpassed anything I’ve used before! I was lucky enough to receive a small sample of this cleanser when it first launched and I have been buying it ever since! It smells incredible and is lovely to apply on the skin. My skin feels fully cleansed after use and all make up is removed easily. My skin is always left feeling so clean and smooth after use and my complexion clear. I would never use another cleanser as I have been using Liz Earle for years and absolutely love this product! I recommend this to everyone when they ask for an amazing cleanser!
