Fusing the rich payoff and precision of a liquid with the easy application of a pencil, MAC’s Colour Excess Gel Pencil Liner offers intense, mistake-proof colour. The gel-pencil hybrid is designed to deliver up to 12-hour waterline wear and 26-hour eyelid wear thanks to a waterproof formula.
Line-Lock Technology helps to minimise the risk of smudging or transfer, while Tatooline Technology delivers amplified colour with a highly-pigmented, long-wearing finish. Choose from 12 shades to create bold definition and graphic liner looks.
Apply directly to lash lines for the ultimate precision. Apply to lower waterlines/inner rims by pressing the pencil gently against lower waterlines and working across with short, soft strokes until you achieve your desired intensity. Apply to upper waterlines by gently lifting lids for easier access, then glide pencil along upper waterlines.

Worth it (perpetual shock)
good colour payoff and sticks to my waterline well listen it lasted a four hour prom in a very sweaty stadium and my 6am flight the next day. hardly budged after 20 whole hours of wear so i’d call that a good liner.

Colour good but transfers on lids
I am on my quest for finding liners that do not transfer .. Decided to try and pay a bit more. The colour is great, goes on quite smoothly but still transfers a little in my oily upper lids.

I have had it for couple of months now and used it only a handful of times as it irritates my eye up to a point of no return and it smudges bad! Considering I don’t have sensitive skin or eyes ,IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY Can be used an an eyeliner but not in waterline.
