Fusing the rich payoff and precision of a liquid with the easy application of a pencil, MAC’s Colour Excess Gel Pencil Liner offers intense, mistake-proof colour. The gel-pencil hybrid is designed to deliver up to 12-hour waterline wear and 26-hour eyelid wear thanks to a waterproof formula.
Line-Lock Technology helps to minimise the risk of smudging or transfer, while Tatooline Technology delivers amplified colour with a highly-pigmented, long-wearing finish. Choose from 12 shades to create bold definition and graphic liner looks.
Apply directly to lash lines for the ultimate precision. Apply to lower waterlines/inner rims by pressing the pencil gently against lower waterlines and working across with short, soft strokes until you achieve your desired intensity. Apply to upper waterlines by gently lifting lids for easier access, then glide pencil along upper waterlines.

Easy to use eyeliner/kohl pencil with rich colour payoff. Glides on smoothly with no drag. Good selection of colours, I choose 'serial monogomist' which despite it's strange name, is a lovely grey with a greenish tint. Have given 4 stars because it's a small amount for the price.

I won’t get this one again
As a professional makeup artist I’d like to say I know my stuff when it comes to makeup. This is the first time I’ve bought this eyeliner from Mac and I bought it in white. I’ve used quite a few different eyeliner brands over the years and usually Mac is my favourite but this eyeliner says it’s a colour excess gel eyeliner pencil. So I expected it to be bolder and longer lasting than the Mac white kohl I normally use. It isn’t. So I won’t be buying this again. If you want a good white eyeliner pencil, definitely purchase the Mac white kohl pencil shade fascinating.
