Enriched with Castor Seed Oil for a creamy texture, the formula contains carbon black to create a rich, blacker-than-black shade with fully opaque coverage and subtle, pearlised pigments for added depth. It smoothly glides across the lid for comfortable application and can be blended, smudged or used directly in the waterline for dramatic looks.

Bought this based on reviews and sadly it didn't measure up. I've 8-10 eyeliners tried from high end and drug store brand and cannot keep eyeliner on bottom lash line. The closest I've got that does actually stay is Maybelline pot and it's a nusience cause it has to be put on with a brush. Sorry mac wouldn't recommend for water lash line
