Painful to use
This device is painful to use. The shocks are really painful. I've had it for over a year but only used it few times as its too painful. I use it with the magitone gel and it still shocks really painfully on lowest setting. Others have said same. I recently purchased different device and it dosent do this . So I think its this device. It also dosent give any lift whereas with my new device I see a little temporary pull after use

The product I received is not safe, it had electrocuted me when trying to use it, although following through the product usage instructions. It is unsafe to use. Using the smallest electric setting, I got shocked when trying it out.

This machine does what it says. After using it once I could see results. I use it all over my face and I use a facial oil based serum when using it as I also purchased the gliding gel but wasn’t really keen on it. I love this machine and it’s really well priced to.
