LiftOff Microcurrent Device:

1. Cleanse skin and remove makeup. Use the Prepare + Glide gel to prime skin.
2. Switch LiftOff on and select strength 
3. Position the glide heads either side of the muscle or zone to workout, and glide slowly upwards
4. When the zonal timer sounds, move to the next area until you’ve covered the full face.

Get Lit LED Face Mask:

1. Make sure your face is clean and free of makeup.
2. Take a selfie! It’s the best way to keep track of your skin’s progress.
3. (optional) Apply a treatment serum or face mask (not included).
4. Place the mask over your face, making sure that the frames are securely positioned behind your ears.
5. Press the Power button down for 3 seconds to turn the device on.
6. The red LED light will automatically activate.
7. Press the button again and hold, to activate the blue and yellow LED lights.
8. Relax! Just chill and let the LED work its magic. If you want a shorter treatment, set a timer, otherwise that mask will shut off automatically after 15 minutes.
9. Once you’ve finished getting Lit, complete your skincare routine with your usual cream or moisturiser.
10. Use a dry cloth to clean the mask and safely store away.
