This liner doesn’t move not matter what !
I have hooded eyes and this eyeliner doesn’t mark,move or smudge ! Lovely shade of brow , it’s quite liquidy so I’m always careful when applying but apart from that is awesome! Best ever !

This liner is very runny so you have to shake it every time you want to apply it, however this is only one liquid liner that doesn’t move not matter what on my hooded eyes!
