Less is more!
So with this product, I'd definitely say less is more. You literally only need a tiny amount for upper and lower lip. I let it sink in, then apply a generous amount of Milk make up's Melatonin Overnight Lip Mask. Its lovely and thick and not fragranced! I tend only to use the lip exfoliator at night, but I guess you could use it during the day, but with plenty of sunscreen! It does exfoliate my lips beautifully though. The applicator is tricky because its a pipette, so just be careful, because in my opinion you need less than a drop!
