I hated it, the brush is very good, you can remove it with warm water and soap, but it doesn't stay dry on the eyes, you apply it and it remains sticky, my eyes are big, as I opened one eyelid it stuck to the other, it ended up smudging, I couldn't look from the bottom to up because my eye was stuck together, horrible, I spent money on a product that doesn't help at all.
