Helps slightly
I bought this for the achey legs I get with menopause. It helped a bit, and has a great smell, but I wouldn't bother really. Has a slightly refreshing feel, but other products are much better on the market.

Bought this to take away on holiday with me as in my 3rd trimester and my feet & ankles are regularly swelling, I had high hopes but it's literally useless, cool for initial application, whilst you're putting it on and then nothing Don't waste your money.

I bought this as my ankles swell through sitting. It's very refreshing and I like the natural ingredients. It's not magical though and the only real way to reduce swelling is exercising and losing weight. It does have a lovely smell but to be honest it didn't feel as cool as thought it would.
