Shampoo: Wet hair in warm water and squeeze a penny sized amount of shampoo into your palms. Massage into your scalp with your fingertips. Leave the gel on your hair for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the process, then rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: Apply to wet hair, leave to rest, then rinse thoroughly.
