Apply polish to bare nails and leave to dry for just a few seconds. Buildable Glow: 1 coat for a natural look, 2 or more coats for a more intense glittery look. Active Shine can be removed with a gentle, acetone-free nail polish remover such as the Green or Green Flash Polish Removers.
