This is one of those conditioners that you do need to leave in hair for a good 5 mins. If you do that, it does work. The shampoo can leave hair feeling knotty, the trick is not to over lather and the conditioner will sort the knots out.

Doesn’t do much
Didn’t notice any difference in colour. I have natural brown hair which looses colour under the sun and becomes ginger, so I wanted to get rid of the brass but the product didn’t help. It’s just a good conditioner but there are better ones for this price

Good for between toning appointments
It is good for toning of brassy brown colour, especially after I leave it for longer in the shower. However as a conditioner, I dont think it did a great job. It didnt leave my hair soft and silky as I expected.

It's an OK conditioner but I wouldn't purchase again. There's no need for a blue conditioner if you have the shampoo. There's not enough pigment in the conditioner to make any difference to the colour. But if you want the matching shampoo and contioner set, it's a decent enough product.
