The highly contracted pigmented formula helps to preserve the intensity and freshness of your colour between salon visits for tresses worthy of a little envy. Suitable for both natural and dyed dark hair, the shampoo will keep your colour looking deep, intense and free from brassiness.
Apply to wet hair, lather, leave on for 3-5 minutes and rinse well. Follow with Dark Envy conditioner. Do not use on dark hair with blonde highlights. Use the Brass Off system instead.

Significant results
What I liked the most about it is how shiny my hair as gone after only 1 wash. My hair is very long and extremely hard to look after, looks so dry all the time but this gave it such a shine.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. I do love this shampoo, my hair is naturally a dark brown and I usually like to dye it almost a black colour. My hair grows really quick which means my natural colour usually peeps through and you can see the red tones with my hair, however since using this shampoo it’s really helped to keep my hair really dark and it’s neutralised the red tones! At first I thought the colour blue coloured shampoos were to neutralise red tones so I was shocked when it was green!

Dark envy shampoo
I received this amazing product from Influenster to test and give my opinion on this. I will start by saying that it s the best toning shampoo you ll find for brunettes, and they are not so many. It is a dark greenish hue with a pigmented consistency, specifically to toning shampoos that settles in your hair and neutralises all the unwanted reddish, orangey , brassy colours brunette hair has after a while or when the sun hits. It gives you a cool tone, shiny , and keeps the salon away for longer. Cleanses good and smells amazing! Recommend!

Lovely
After using the shampoo for my ombré hair I’ve definitely noticed a difference! My blonde doesn’t seem as yellow toned and my brunette hair is much more rich a luxurious looking!

I actually received this product as part of VoxBox, complimentary of Influenster for testing purposes and I must say I have seen a difference in my hair since using this as well as the Matrix hair mask simultaneously. I have balayage hair, so I often get red/brassy tones come through and since I’ve used this product (at least once a week), I have seen the colours toned down so much more! The reddish tones are no longer appearing which is great for me so I’ll definitely continue to use this. In fact, it’s now saved me a trip to the hair dressers as I can do the toner treatment at home just by using this regularly now!

It works!
I was given this shampoo as part of the Matrix total Vox box which was sent to me by Matrix to test and review. I have to say I am Really impressed with the dark envy shampoo. It truly does what it says on the tin! I have a fading out balayage on my hair and having applied the shampoo it has balanced out the red tones that were starting to show on my hair. My hair instantly looks darker and it smells and feels amazing. This is a deep green formula that does wonder to brown hair. I would totally use this again.
