Instantly penetrating and quickly hardening the nail, Mavala Scientifique K+ Nail Hardener transforms soft, weak or splitting nails into strong, healthy tips. Infused with Pro Keratin, its strengthening formula hardens the nail plate so that the nail can restore its normal growth.
The tip of the nail is fragile and breaks easily, which means it’s the part of the nail that needs to be strengthened to leave you with incredibly tough, healthy nails.
On clean nails, apply from the centre of the nail to the tip only. Use once a week until nails have reached the desired strength.
Please note: Never apply under nail, on cuticles, or skin to avoid hardening of the epidermis. If any product runs on to the skin, wipe it off with a damp cotton pad.

Best nail hardener and strengthener. Absorbs into nail quickly and does not form a coat which would need to be removed using acetone like other products. After 1 months of use, I have long and strong nails. This product has been an absolute miracle. I really recommend this product.

I've bought thus twice now and it's amazing for getting your nails so strong and long. After wearing nail extensions my poor nails were so weak and jyst kept breaking so I started applying this every other day for a couple of weeks and now jyst twice a week like is reccomended and they are now stronger than they've ever been.

Hardener is easy to apply but careful not to get it on surrounding skin as it will go hard! The consistency is not like varnish it's more of a liquid. I'm not sure if it's helped with my nails of not as after 2 weeks use they've gone from soft and flakey to quite brittle so still snapping. I'm going to persevere though.

Particularly as my nails were very thin and prone to tearing. It works fairly well, I noticed improvement in the tearing as well as overall thickness. Requires frequent re-application. Did it work well enough for me to buy again? No - I'm satisfied but will try other brands once this is finished.
