The double-ended applicator features a fine tip for precise, mess-free application of hair-like strokes, and an ultra-soft brush for brushing the product evenly throughout the brow. Waterproof, smudge-proof and transfer-proof, the brow tint promotes fuller, thicker-looking brows.
Available in 3 universal shades.
Apply the formula to clean brows using the applicator; drawing hair like strokes. Then, use the ultra-soft brush to blend and groom the brows. For a bolder look, continue to build product to fill the brows.
