This multi-purpose formula performs as a liner and a base, helping to sculpt the pout and enhance the longevity of your lipstick. Featuring a smooth, creamy texture, the liner glides seamlessly across the lips without tugging.

Lipstick: After using the Colour Elixir Lip Liner, glide on the lipstick straight from the bullet. Use a cotton bud to lightly blend and blur around the edges of the lip line, or to neaten any mistakes.

Lip Liner: Using the tip of the pencil, etch the liner around the outer lip line, sculpting around the cupid's bow to build fullness. Lightly feather the pencil into the centre of lips, creating a long-lasting base like a lip primer.
