Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.

Brilliant but not for watery eyes
Lovely little pencil, Im always rotating different pencils , gotta say this will be a new regular purchase I brought in the shade Smokey brown for my self and it’s lovely , smooth to go on and a massive bonus is the little sharpener - however i brought the black shade for my mum who’s in her forties , with watery eyes , she said she looked like a raccoon after ten minutes - I personally have one eye that waters and maybe because I brought a lighter shade it was more forgiving but do be aware if you’re eyes are more prone to watering maybe not the best product for you
