The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.
Packed with pigment, the eyeliner resists sweat, smudges and fading. Equipped with a precision tip for controlled, smooth application.

This applies really easy, but almost too easy, when I thought it would be a fine line, it turned out to be quite thick as it fully applied quite heavy. Not being able to sharpen it makes it harder too as there is no point. Generally good though and lasts a long time and much easier than gel liners with a brush

This is a nice slim-line black eyeliner with a twist-up mechanism. There is a handy smudger and sharpener at the end of the pencil so you can keep it sharp as it wears down. I would happily buy this again. I found it easy to work with and it performed well over the course of the day. Thumbs up.
