Step 1: After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal to the face and neck. Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser.

Great product, no irritation
This is great, I have been using a retinol for about 3 years, I never really settled on a specific brand and so I have used various. This was easy to use from the first day, it says to build up your usage from twice a week and gradually build up to nightly but I’ve used it every night with no problem at all, my skin hasn’t peeled once and it not been dry or irritated.

Given the great reviews and high price I was expecting a lot more from this product. I mainly purchased it to help reduce pigmentation but also a reduction in lines would have been nice. I have seen little to no difference in my skin and have now come to the end of the entire tube - also used a whole tube of Crystal Retinal 6 prior to this and again it did nothing. Very upset and feel it was a waste of money. I also purchased a tube for my sister and she has reported the same - that this does very little. The only reason I have given 2 stars is because the product had a nice consistency.

I had been looking around for a while for a retinol product that wasn't a serum and also strong as I have been using other retinol products and I built up a tolerance (or so I thought). To begin with I broke out a little with spots around my jawline and cheek, not that many but for me it meant the product is working and also my skin takes a little time to adjust to new products. Please persevere if the same happens as it will clear up after a week and you will see the most amazing results. I love the consistency of the cream, it isn't greasy and sinks in well meaning I can apply a moisturiser on top. I use this after applying the Dr Sebagh serum repair hyaluronic which is also pricy but the two together leave your skin feeling fantastic. After two weeks I noticed a huge difference, my skin was glowing and I don't need to wear makeup during the day, pores have shrunk and I don't get the odd spot on my chin like I usually would have. It's quite expensive but I do think it's worth the money and I will repurchase when it's finished. Also to add I think it enhances your skin more when you use the clinique 7 day system with pure vitamin c - as I only use this two weeks out of the month I've noticed the combination of vit c in the morning and retinol in the evening leaves best results.

I have been using the Super C30 Serum and loved it so once my usual Retinol product ran out I decided to try this one. I’m really happy I did! It soaks in well and I wait 10 minutes then add my serum and moisturizer. I started off as directed on the box, and now I’m on every other night. I can feel my skin likes it and I’ve had no ‘peeling’ at all which is excellent. I’ve had no issues with it all, but it is the strongest of their Retinols so I would suggest you work up to the 10 if you’re not already using Retinol.
