Powered by 1% retinol, known as vitamin A, the formula seeks to create the illusion of collagen-rich skin with its firming and smoothing properties. The serum is enhanced with time-release technology and climbazole to boost its potency while remaining gentle on the skin. Caring for your skin’s sensitivity, a nourishing blend of squalane and vitamin E charges the skin with a refreshing burst of hydration. The skin is left feeling soft and supple with a revitalised-looking finish.
Available in various concentrations, the Medik8 Intelligent Retinol allows you to customise your retinol routine to meet your individual skin’s needs. Build your tolerance gradually with the three progressive formulas: 3TR (0.3% retinol), 6TR (0.6% retinol) and 10TR (1% retinol).

- When to Use: After cleansing the skin.
- Recommended Amount: 4 drops.
- Application: Massage across the face, neck and décolletage.
- Routine: Allow to absorb then follow with moisturiser. It is recommended to follow with the Medik8 Advanced Night Restore which is specifically designed to be used after retinol.
- Please Note: Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night.

Good strong retinol, might not be ideal for sensitive skins but works well. A bit unpleasant smell but like all of them I guess. It's very oily, but feels hydrating.

Absolutely brilliant
I’ve used 1% retinol from Alpha H, but wanted to try something different. I decided to try this. Initially I wondered what the difference was between 10TR & 10TR Intense. As it looked like more anti ageing in the intense I decided to go for this. The texture feels like a Serum on your skin. It is so smooth & soft. I love it. No irritation at all. Only 1 negative, & it isn’t really about this product, but if you want a strong retinol & your skin is used to 1% then I would go for the Medik8 Crystal retinal. Can’t wait to try this. Back to this product, it makes your skin feel so soft & visibly clears the skin. It’s brilliant.
