- Ensure skin is freshly cleansed and dry
- Spray face and body evenly keeping nozzle at least 15cm /6” away from skin.

I purchased this for the first time, with being very fair skinned and going on holiday to Thailand I thought I would build a gradual tan before I got there, I sprayed it all over as per instructions, I awoke the next day in a terrible state.. I was orange blotchy and streaky, (I Had exfoliated before hand) I had to go on holiday looking like I a streaky tangerine it was horrendous.. But all I can say I am so glad I didnt use it on my face and neck. I had to buy bicarbonate of soda and lemon juice to scrub the colour off, my husband was horrified and I couldn't go out with shorts or a skirt for a few days. All I can say is DO NOT USE.. and by the way it also smelt horrible after a while too. It wasn't gradual, I will stick with a cheaper option in future
