The 100% silicone cup is created with beginners in mind, offering easy insertion and removal. It can be worn for up to eight hours, both at home and on the go, and the cup’s soft, flexible design makes it ideal for sensitive skin.

• Wash your hands. Get into a comfortable position (this could be sitting on the toilet, squatting or with a leg on the bath). Fold your Mooncup® (we prefer the ‘C/U’ or ‘Punchdown’ fold).
• Part the labia and place the cup as low down in the vagina as it will comfortably sit (lower down than a tampon). There must be a gap between the rim of the Mooncup® and the cervix. Please note: It can take up to 3 cycles to get used to using a Mooncup®.
• To Remove: With clean hands, gently squeeze the bottom of the cup to release the seal then slide the cup out. Empty the contents into the toilet. We recommend emptying it every 4-8 hours. Rinse with water or wipe it with a tissue before folding and re-inserting.
