Good Hold, But Lacks Shine

Smells great, good (but not amazing) hold
Smells great and does provide hold but not good enough for hold in damp conditions. Unlike other hairsprays it doesn't dry out my hair and there's a weightless shine to it, so the pros outweigh the cons. About my hair: I've always had thin, lank hair but following illness almost 10 years ago I suffered hair thinning that has not grown back, it destroyed my confidence to the point of losing my job and my barely leaving the house. Now I'm peri-menopausal so the general thickness of my hair has changed too. so I do not recommend hair products without thoroughly believing in their efficacy. I use Giovanni Route 66 Volumising Shampoo, Aveda Thickening Tonic, Aveda Shampowder Dry Shampoo and Moroccanoil hairspray.
