I have been using this hair wax for years now. It’s great, smells beautiful and not messy to use. The big thing for me is, I can apply it to my hair and it doesn’t give a wet look (makes hair look greasy, or it doesn’t make it go hard) It also keeps my hair up and is ok with hairspray too! Cheaper on here too, than buying it at the salon where I have my haircut, which is another bonus! Happy days!🥳

I got this as a gift as I asked for it. It smells like the classic Moroccanoil smell which is heavenly. Works into my hair really when and it's easy to wash out. The hold is decent lasting most the day, and the smell is long-lasting, definitely worth trying.

Great Product for medium length hair
Truly Amazing! This truly is AMAZING! After my stylist told me about this product, and after reading many amazing reviews about it, I decided to try it out. And WOW, this product delivers! I tried bedhead matte separation wax, the Salon Guy Clutch XL, Baxter clay pomade, hanz de fuko sponge wax, hanz de fuko claymation, hanz de fuko quick sand, Mr pompadour paste, Blumaan, Kevin murphy rough rider, mitch reformer & mitch matterial (which I think are both really great pre-stylers). My very favorite so far was the Kevin Murphy Night Rider. It's a fantastic paste, matte finish, phenomenal hold. BUT you have to be careful not to apply too much because it can become a bit heavy and shiny the next morning. Now this stuff, the moroccanoil texture clay is on another level. It gives a ton of volume, a ton of texture, a totally matte finish, like, you can't even see you even have anything in your hair. It gives this tiny "grit" to your hair, a bit of a lived in look, and the hold is amazing! It holds super well, and yet, it feels like there is nothing in your hair. It also thickens your hair.. So if you have medium - fine hair like me, you'll look as if you had twice the amount of hair on your head! LOL It's a clay, and yet, it's easy to scoop out, and it breaks down in a very nice, creamy way, making it very easy to spread through your hands and apply to your hair. Some clays and waxes are difficult to apply to dry hair because they tend to pull the hair as you do.. This here, thanks to its creamy feel once warmed up, goes into the hair like butter! You'll feel a bit of a gritty feel as you apply.. But that's the effect this clay gives, that second day lived in look, but yet very natural. The Hold is truly amazing in it! Because it's light, and perfect for fine hair as it swells the hair, you can layer this product for more hold. Start with a little amount, and add a little more if needed. It's super versatile.. You can get a soft hold and nice texture, with just a tiny amount, all the way to a lived in, messy, texturized look, with a super strong hold, depending on how much you use. This does the same thing as their texturizing spray, but, with a strong hold! The smell is a unique, very clean and fresh smell. It's not overpowering, it's very light, and smells really nice! I don't even need to use texturizing powder anymore, this does everything LOL You can also use a little bit as a pre-styler, for great volume and body. And because it has argan oil, it also acts as a heat protectant.. Honestly, it's truly an amazing product.. I'm glad I decided to try it out.. Doesn't matter your hair type, length, this will give you that awesome, next day, texturized, lived in look, with a great hold. I strongly suggest you to try it out.. It's a bit expensive, but a jar will last you several months!
