WARNING: Keep away from children. For external use only. Apply ONLY on nails. AVOID SKIN CONTACT. Do not use if skin around nails is damaged or inflamed. Can cause allergic reaction. In case of irritation, cease application. Store in cool & dry place, away from sunlight.Soak a cotton pad with remover, apply the pad to the nail and layer the clip over the top to lock it into place. After 5-10 minutes remove the gel polish.

I find removing gels really difficult and these did help keep the gel remover on my nails for longer, however I found they slipped a bit if I moved my hands around. Definitely can't do both hands at the same time with these on either, but still a good purchase and will practice with them on one hand.
