Worth the hype
I have dry skin and was searching for a foundation that would last all day without becoming patchy or oxidise beyond recognition. This foundation met all my expectations, it did not go patchy, oxidise to a different shade and it blends really nicely. I even went ice skating wearing this and can withstand a bit of sweat - which is a plus. If you’re considering this foundation and have similar needs, I would recommend it.

Always, always come back to this foundation. Not heavy on the skin, buildable and long lasting. I’m oily in my tzone, this and some LM setting powder does then job to avoid separating. I use a brush and then a damp sponge to apply and get the best out of it. Hope it never ever gets disconnected!

Thought I would give this a try, regretted it almost instantly. Didn’t last even half the day! Perhaps it just doesn’t suit my skin , but was very disappointed with the results. Tried again , with setting powder and setting spray and again it just didn’t sit well or last. I found it left patches of makeup resulting in no coverage. I really hoped I would like this one !

It's a hit for me! NARS Natural radiant longwear foundation
For context: I have dry skin, with areas of hyperpigmentation, occasionally some acne and uneven texture. This foundation formula and performance for me has been wayy better than Mac, Estée and made me switch from my Fenty. The reason being is as follows. Oxidation: this foundation shade stays true to its colour, beautiful for longwear and works beautifully with my skintone - I have yellow undertones. Coverage: it provides medium coverage and is buildable without giving a cakey feel, it covers my blemishes and hyperpigmentation beautifully for a skin like finish. As I have dry skin, the finish for me looks perfect even after 6hours my skin looks radiant and soft. Wear and finish: the foundation stays as it says advertised, beautiful natural finish but with a bit more coverage than you anticipate. At the end of the day my foundation looks my skin, but better. For a more beautiful and clean look, especially for photos - use concealer and powder to set for optimum performance. I've bought this maybe 4 times now! Will still be getting it again once I run out - I use every drop of this stuff.
