I got this to use at work, I put it on my wrist if I have a flashback while working and breathe it in deeply, the scent does actually have a calming effect. It doesn’t take away the stress but it does still help a bit, I enjoy the ritual of doing it now when I just feel a bit shaky. Definitely recommend to people suffering PTSD/CPTSD or anxiety disorders!
