Giving this product 3 stars because I loved it and how puget and easy to use it was, as well as its travel ability. However after just over 1 year of using it, it broke, doesnt work at all. Such a shame as I like Neom but I expected better quality!

The Perfect Gift
My friend loves NEOM so I got this for her birthday and she is obsessed. Oils smell divine and it's perfect for travel too as you dont have to faff around with water and diluting oils like you do with a lot of other diffusers. Also comes with an empty bottle so you can use your own oils too and aren't tied down to only using NEOM which is FAB. Definitely recommend the NEOM oils though - smell much nicer than anything else I've ever smelt.

Smells are very nice , looks nice. Worked very well to start with but over time the defuser has become less powerful. Iv got new oils and cleaned whats needed to be cleaned. I wouldn’t pay this price again sadly.

I bought this as the views I read were excellent, wanted a fragrance that I was able to turn on and off rather than being over powered with. I've found the oils as long lasting and haven't noticed the level going down. Compact design and easy to use / move location without any issues at all. I was a bit apprehensive about taking the tops off the oils as another review suggested that the tool provided for this purpose wasn't that suitable but it works as it should and removing the lids didn't create an oily mess.
