This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. I had ordered this diffuser along with some neom essential oil blends. I purchased the luxe diffuser as it is more appropriate for diffusing larger spaces. However, it just wasn’t great even in smaller spaces. The vapour would fall very quickly around the machine itself and not rise into the air and fill the room with scent. For the price of the machine, it’s definitely not worth the purchase personally. On a positive note the design is really nice and does look luxurious.
