This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. Beautiful and efficient diffuser
I wanted something to make my house smell good following an operation and took the plunge and bought this. Not only does it smell good (thanks to the Neom oils) but it looks beautiful too. The light is perfect and can be dimmed to create the perfect relaxing atmosphere. It runs as promised for 16 hours on a small amount of water and oil and the remote control has been an unexpected bonus during recovery.
