This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. Also included is a device to help remove the stopper on the end of the NEOM Essential Oil Blend bottle.

I was really excited to try my first Neom pod! However whilst this is easy to set up I can find no explanation online or in the info provided that explains how long it stays on for. Alongside this it is noisy and often takes several button presses to switch it on!
