This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. Also included is a device to help remove the stopper on the end of the NEOM Essential Oil Blend bottle.

Too noisy
I've received my pod which I was pleased with. It's nice looking little box and the oils smell nice, however when started using it, unfortunately the noisy is quite disturbing. It supposed to help you relax but (maybe for me) it's a bit too noisy when working.

Has 3 strengthen settings which ties into wherever it’s on all the time or turns on / off for a duration. You can see the evaporating steam against a dark background. The motor isn’t silent but if you have music on or it’s in the car it’s not disturbing. It’s not super loud but if you have it on your desk at home you hear it
