This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. The NEOM Wellbeing Pod Mini is battery operated and comes with a USB cable for charging.
Also included is a device to help remove the stopper on the end of the NEOM Essential Oil Blend bottle.

Lovely but loud…
Love how the mini diffuser looks and for its size it really does work well. I use it in my bedroom and it fragrances the whole room no problem and a major bonus not having to mess around filling up water tanks etc… the only down size is the noise, it really is rather loud when diffusing.
