This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of any problems arising during the warranty period, please contact the retailer you purchased the pod from. Proof of purchase will be required, so it is vital that you keep your receipt of purchase safely with this manual. Corrosive oils such as citronella may cause damage to the unit if left in the water reservoir. This type of damage is not covered under the warranty. This pod must be cleaned after each use.

Sadly mine didn’t work, kept switching itself off so had to return for a refund. Look fantastic customer service were very helpful though and I had my refund quickly. I decided to then order a NEOM lux pod which is great, works a treat. Love it so much I then ordered another so now have two. They are pricey but when there’s a promo on lookfantastic makes it more affordable. Great vapour from these diffusers and paired with the NEOM oils are out of this world. I wasn’t impressed with the standard NEOM pod but it was faulty but the lux is definitely worth paying extra for as it’s far superior.
